My product doesn’t show as “started” on my server

Check the start order in your server.cfg: dependencies (oxmysql, framework, etc.) must start before the script. Then check your server console on boot: almost every startup error explicitly names the missing dependency.

I bought an Escrow script but it won’t bind to my server

This is almost always caused by an incorrect Cfx identifier entered during Tebex checkout, or a Cfx account not linked to the right server. Check both in your Cfx Keymaster panel before contacting support.

Can I edit the code of an Escrow-protected script?

No: the source of an Escrow product is encrypted by Cfx and cannot be edited directly. The customization options available are whatever the script’s config file exposes.

Do you offer free updates?

Yes, minor updates and bug fixes are free for any active license. Major version changes may be announced separately on Discord.
