Frequently asked questions
Which frameworks and hosts do you support?
ESX, QBCore, and Qbox for FiveM, VORP for RedM, on most common hosts (or your own machine). Reach out if your setup is unusual.
How long does setup take?
Expect 2-4 hours for a Standard setup, and 4-8 hours for Premium depending on the scripts being installed.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment goes through Tebex, our official reseller — cards and PayPal are accepted.
Is support included after setup?
One round of fixes (two on Premium) is included after delivery. Beyond that, our Discord support is available for any question.
Can I ask for a custom configuration?
Yes — the Premium plan is built for specific requests: describe your project on Discord and we'll tell you if it's doable and how long it'll take.
